By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or accessing it under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to update prices, offers, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or the order cannot be verified.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (or, for cash on delivery where offered, at the time of delivery).

5. Shipping & Delivery

A standard delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies unless stated otherwise.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days within Lahore and 5–7 working days for other cities.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Return Policy. Because our products are food items, some items may not be eligible for return for health and hygiene reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and designs — is the property of Zaha Foods and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaha Foods shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
